Panzanella is a Tuscan bread salad — chunks of rustic bread mixed with ripe tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and torn basil, all brought together with olive oil and a splash of vinegar. It’s simple, fresh, and perfect for warm evenings when you don’t want to cook.


A dish that Tom bought from a rosticceria in Venice for Jack in Whatever It Takes - although Jack swore he was too busy to eat. But knowing what lay ahead that night, Tom had to make sure his brother was fed.
