It's getting to that time of year again, when salads to go with your barbecues are essential. It's always good to have something different, though, and this couscous salad with nuts, seeds, herbs and feta - plus delicious roasted vegetables - is a great addition to the menu.

If you like different herbs - mint would be a great addition - or other nuts, add them to the bowl.
