Those of you who have read the Tom Douglas series will know that Tom loves food - and this is one of his favourite recipes - especially in the summer when it makes a great lunch dish with some salad.
It's great with home made tartare sauce - there are some excellent recipes on the web - but shop bought is fine too!
This version is made with raw salmon and prawns, but I guess it would work with cooked ready cooked prawns too.
