A great dish for a dinner party! The trick is getting the fillet cooked to perfection - or perfect the way YOU like it. It's hard to give definitive cooking times, because it depends how thick the piece is, so you'll have to use your judgement.


Tom first tasted this at a dinner party he attended in The Back Road - and he could feel the tension around the table. Too many people were lying or evading the truth. It made for an uncomfortable evening, although the food was delicious.
